When you purchase Star Analyzer you receive one full year of free updates and tech support. As long as your tech support is valid, you may download and install the program on a new computer, or update your existing computer. If your support is out of date you may purchase another year's tech support and updates for $50.

If you have existing Star Analyzer data on an old computer, and wish to move the data to your new computer, please read the instructions for moving data.

if you are currently using Star Analyzer V7, V8, or V9, and wish to upgrade to V11, read the upgrade instructions.

If you have never downloaded a program from the Web, you may wish to read the download instructions. The download will take approximately one minute on a high speed internet connection.
